Choose Kind
In English, the Grade 6's have been reading a book called Wonder by R.J. Palacio. It was an amazing book to read and it had a really strong impact on me. This book is filled with wonderful themes but what stood out for me the most is how many perspectives you see from while reading this book. This helps you understand all the different sides to different events that took place in the book. It also makes the book more interesting and not so one sided which helps you understand the characters better and follow the story. It also makes you realize that everyone has a reason for what they do and though it might not have been the best decision, it's not only their fault, but that there's at least two sides to every story. This story has changed me with it's touching topics and it has helped me not be so quick to judge. As mush as we all try to be nice, we all sometimes just judge people for no reason. This book has helped me really think about what I'm doing and
